Private

Most of the time we don't face our problems because we don’t know who to trust. The THOUGHT Works Private Course is a safe and confidential environment. 

Together we’ll create your personalized roadmap. At the end of six weeks, you’ll know what to do and how to coach yourself through any problem.

Group

The easy and affordable way to learn coaching tools and use them!

As women we connect—playgrounds, exercise groups, lunch dates. We share our struggles but don’t necessarily have the tools to solve those problems. Bring 4-5 of your favorite women together to create your own personal THOUGHT Works group! You will all learn, share (if you want) and support each other on a journey of change.

Group FAQ

  • I’m a mom too. I know it’s hard to make time for yourself! Classes can be scheduled to work well with kids in school and hopefully nap time. No worries if you need to miss. The class will always be recorded for you to watch any time. It’s one hour of self-care that will make a positive impact for you and your family.

  • Some find Zoom challenging but I love that we can reach women all over! You can include friends and family with different time zones and schedules because of this technology. Plus, if you want to be present but not seen you can always turn off your video—you can’t do that in a regular classroom!

  • We’ll meet on Zoom & have about 30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of coaching. With six classes, each person should get a turn to be coached if you’d like. I will explain how coaching works for those unfamiliar.

    If group settings seem scary just remember that you get to determine your level of involvement. This isn’t your typical classroom. No quizzes or tests and I’ll never ask for an answer to a question! Just listen and learn if that’s your preference. Weekly challenges and worksheets will go along with the class topic. You can use the material as much or as little as you would like.

Private FAQ

  • We all spend our time and money in a variety of ways for self-care. Spa days are great and I even recommend them! However the tools in the THOUGHT Works course can be used over and over, every time you encounter a problem. They will make a lasting impact on how you live your life each day.

    Payment can also be spread out between two months you’d like, just let me know!

     

  • Click on the schedule button & through email we’ll determine a time that works best for you. The private option is great because it allows for flexibility in scheduling or skipping weeks if needed.

  • We’ll meet on Zoom and have about 30 minutes for instruction & 30 minutes for coaching. I will explain how coaching works if you are unfamiliar.

    It’s normal to feel a little nervous about sharing. As your coach you, l will remain neutral and keep everything confidential. I promise you an environment of safety and trust.
